Eligible Entities
The prize vouchers offered by the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians support various attractions at the Rolling Hills Casino and Resort, including dining, lodging, gaming, and golfing. Valued up to $350, these vouchers are intended for raffles, auctions, and as fundraising incentives. Their purpose is to further cultural revitalization and preservation, promote educational opportunities, encourage community participation and wellness, and advance community development initiatives. Entities eligible to apply for the prize vouchers include:
- Regional Organization (with or without 501(c)(3) status): A regional organization whose mission aligns with the Paskenta Nomlaki Foundation’s mission and is located near the ancestral lands of the Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indian Tribe in the counties of Tehama, Glenn, Butte, and Shasta.
- Tribal Organization: A Tribal organization whose mission aligns with the Foundation’s mission and serves people or communities in California.
The Paskenta Nomlaki Foundation is committed to supporting a broad range of initiatives, while ensuring fair and equitable access. Note: The Foundation’s Committee may give lower priority to organizations that submit applications multiple times within the same calendar year.
Ineligible Use of Funds:
- The Foundation does not provide monetary support for the benefit of a private individual or for personal donations.
Guidelines:
- Agree to acknowledge the Paskenta Nomlaki Foundation as the funding source for the specific activity or event.
- The vouchers are non-replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
- The voucher expiration date is final and not eligible for extension.

Applications are accepted during the designated window and reviewed every two months according to the schedule below.
